Transaction Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Timeframes
- Cancellation before shipment: Customers can cancel their order free of charge within 24 hours after order confirmation.
- After shipment: Once the product is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but the right of withdrawal still applies.
2. Right of Withdrawal
- Customers have two days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all its tags, and in its original packaging.
3. Refund
- Refunds are processed within 14 days following the receipt of the returned product.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or there is an error on our part.
5. Exceptions
Items not eligible for cancellation or refund:
- Discounted or final sale products
- Sweatshirts that have obviously been worn or washed
- Items that do not meet the return conditions
6. Request Process
- Contact our customer service via the website's contact form
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Carefully pack the product
- Attach the return slip provided
- Ship the parcel to the specified address
7. Disputes
- In case of dispute, the customer can contact our consumer service.
- Mediation is available via the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
